Le Petit Collège  

A course specifically designed for teens who have a strong background in French obtained from an extended stay in a Francophone country or French-speaking relatives.

The course is based on the French school curriculum and adapted to the students' level and needs. Please note that we may have different levels in the classes.

Through interactive and fun activities, the course aims to develop writing and reading skills in French. We also prepare the children to take the DELF exams.

Amongst other activities, here are some examples of what the children achieved over the past terms:

• Collaborative writing using grammar and conjugation points studied in class (write an article or a recipe, run a collaborative blog, etc.)
• Debates on subjects of interest to teenagers
• Prepare a scenario and shoot a video
• Role-playing games to practise new vocabulary
• Cooking workshops

 Who: Kids between 12 and 16 years old
  When: Thursdays from 4 to 5:30 pm
 Where: At our premises 275 Cashel Street, Christchurch Central
 Price: $150 / term/ child (10 sessions over 10 weeks)
